Penalties on Drunk Driving
DriversDrunk driving constitutes a crime. You may think that a bit of alcohol should be no problem. However, with a glass of alcohol you could end up losing all you have.

*A passengers who has driver's license knowing that the driver is drunk or under the influence of alcohol is also subject to administrative disposition.

According to a National Police Agency Traffic Bureau statistics for 2006, probability of fatal accidents caused by drunk driving are 8.7 times higher than that of accidents not involving alcohol.
A traffic accident caused by drunk driving is highly likely to be fatal one.

Even on the next day of your drinking opportunity, you could be charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. If you feel you are inebriated, don't drive and instead use public transportation.
In "Designated Driver Campaign" a driver is designated not to drink alcohol while dining with friends or colleagues and later to be in charge of driving them home.
Let's wear a badge and put a sticker to proudly declare as a designated driver.
