Endangered seed plants in Kyoto Prefecture

Seed plants found in Kyoto Prefecture fall into 2422 species from 162 families, of which 45 extinct, 222 critically endangered, 224 endangered, 182 vulnerable, and 75 near threatened & least concern species are listed in the Kyoto Prefecture Red Data Book. Of the species observed in the prefecture, threatened species account for 30.8%.
