(Arashiyama) The pathway of bamboo forest from Nomiya Shrine to Okouchi Sanso Villa renders a fantastical scene, which includes Togetsu-kyo bridge and foot of a mountain with natural scenery of Saga/Arashiyama as a background and river that is lighted up. In several places in the area, various events such as street performance and mini-concerts are performed as “Arashiyama Music Corridor”. Visitors cannot overlook special visit and light up of the shrines.
