Keifuku Railway
The Keifuku Dentetsu railway, opened in 1910 between Shijo Omiya and Arashiyama, has a history of more than ninety years. It retains much of its natural beauty so that passengers on this railway can enjoy the scenery as they travel. Indeed it is a favorite of many railway fans. It serves as a pipeline connecting Kyoto and Fukui.
