Kinoshita Sake-Making
Founded in 1842, this is a prominent Tango Sake Brewery. Its famous brands include: "Jizake no sui Houmon Tamagawa". The distinctive flavour derived from specially selected ingredients born of the severe winter of the Japan Sea area, has won awards including the All Japan New Sake Appraisal Society's Gold Award, and the Osaka Branch of the same organization's Gold Award.
