Amanohashidate Onsen (Hot Spring), located in Amanohashidate, one of the "Three Best Views in Japan," was opened in December 1999. Tea brown in color, the hot spring water is noted for its heaviness. The public bath called "Chie-no-Yu" (water of wisdom) located in front of Amanohashidate Station, has indoor, outdoor and foot baths.
