Yasaka Ashiginu Onsen
There are two hot spring baths here: "Okoku-no-Yu" and "Himiko-no-Yu". The baths alternate each day between men and women bathers. "Okoku-no-Yu" is a rotenburo (outdoor bath), from which there is a beautiful view of the Yasaka Plain. "Himiko-no-Yu" is good for different kinds of bathing, including sauna, hakomushi (steam box) and utaseyu (falling water) bath.
