Mt. Gorogadake, with it's summit of 301 metres is located roughly at the center of Maizuru City. At the its highest can be found Gorogadake Park and it's 50.5 meter-high 'Sky Tower'. The sea view from this observation point ranksamong the highest in Japan. The area is also noted among the Kinki district's 100 top views for its rugged coastline beauty. Stunning views of Maizuru town and surrounding areas can be enjoyed in the full 360 degree panorama.
