Tamba Wine

Founded in 1979, Tamba wine specializes in wines that excellently compliment Japanese cuisine. In 1990 Tamba Wine became the first Japanese winemaker to receive the "Croisade" Award. The"Croisade" wine named after this award, and the Monde Selection prize winning "Torino" are their flagship offerings . Aside from being able to learn about and sample the wines, the Tamba Winehouse next door offers the perfect location to enjoy a meal with the local wine. ([reservations are necessary on weekdays] Wide menu selection available). There are also Japanese ornament and souvenir shops nearby.
