Kyocera Museum of Fine Ceramics was opened in 1998 by Kyocera, a leading corporation in Kyoto, as a means for promoting culture. The exhibit is intended to further the understanding of the technology of fine ceramics among students and researchers of fine ceramics, as well as the general public.
