Yoshida-jinja Shrine
Established in 859 as a guardian shrine of Heian kyo. There is also a small shrine to honour a cooking god. This shrine is packed with people from February 2nd to 4th when their annual bean-scattering ceremony celebrating the coming of spring is held.
