Otome - jinja Shrine is located at the foot of Mt. Isanago, the highest mountain in Mineyamacho. One of the three daughters of Tennyo of the Hagoromo Legend is enshrined here. If you visit this shrine you will be blessed with a beautiful baby girl. Along the two trails leading up Mt. Isanago is Onna-ike Pond, where Tennyo is said to have bathed. At the peak of the mountain is a monument to Tennyo. From the peak is a wonderful view of the town of Tango.
