Traffic Access

Subway

Take the Karasuma Subway line from Kyoto Station to Marutamachi Station, from where it is 10 minutes by foot to the Prefectural Office.
Alternatively take the Tozai Subway line from Nijyo Station, change at Karasuma Oike and board the Karasuma line subway train to Marutamachi Station.

City Bus

Take route 10 from Sanjyo Keihan, or routes 93, 202, and 204 from Keihan Marutamachi. Alight at "Fucho-mae", from where it is 5 minutes on foot to the Prefectural Office.
