Traffic Offender Re-education Courses
OutlineTraffic offender re-education courses are designed to raise the safety awareness of drivers through direct experience of social participation-type volunteer activities and practical driving skills instruction. Normally, if you accumulate 6 demerit points for light traffic violations (offenses up to 3 points) (or if you lose 6 points in the case of a traffic accident), your license will be suspended. However, if you undertake a traffic offender re-education course, you can avoid the suspension (and the offense will not remain on your record).
