京都府メタバース共創プロジェクト「拡別メタバース」 Kyoto Prefecture Metaverse Co-Creation Project "Expanded Metaverse" 「京都府の産業支援について」　ものづくり振興課動画「ものちゃんねる」

メタバースは、空間を超えた交流や現実世界にはない新しい体験、ビジネスチャンスの拡大等に繋がるテクノロジーです。一方で、アバターへのハラスメントやデジタルアセットの盗難、空間のなりすましなど、メタバースならではのリスクも潜んでいます。

そこで、京都府と一般社団法人CiP協議会では、メタバースの制作や活用に関わる方々が、セキュアで信頼できるメタバース空間づくりを自主宣言する指針として、「メタバース・トラスト・ステートメント京都宣言」を策定しました。

本指針の遵守を宣言する方は、ロゴマークを自由にご使用（複製、公衆送信等）いただくことが可能です。詳しくは、下記問い合わせをご覧ください。

Metaverse is a technology that leads to exchanges beyond space, new experiences not found in the real world, and expansion of business opportunities. On the other hand, there are risks unique to the Metaverse, such as harassment of avatars, theft of digital assets, and space spoofing.

Therefore, Kyoto Prefecture and the CiP Association, a general incorporated association, have formulated the "Metaverse Trust Statement Kyoto Declaration" as a guideline for those involved in the creation and utilization of the Metaverse to voluntarily declare the creation of a secure and reliable Metaverse space. 

 

Those who declare compliance with these guidelines can freely use the logo mark (duplication, public transmission, etc.). For details, please see the inquiry below.

We hope that many people will agree with this purpose, and that the creation of a secure and reliable Metaverse space will spread.

メタバース空間は世界中の人と自由につながり、様々な技術や情報・知識・多様な価値観を共有することができる場です。

メタバース空間で世界中の「人」とつながり、多様な物事を「共有」し、ものづくり世界の新しい可能性を広げてほしいとの意味を込めて、「人」「価値の共有」「誠実・安心」をキーワードとしてロゴマークを作成しました。

The Metaverse space is a place where you can freely connect with people around the world and share various technologies, information, knowledge, and diverse values.

With the meaning of connecting with "people" around the world in the Metaverse space, "sharing" various things, and expanding new possibilities in the world of manufacturing, "people", "sharing values", "honesty and security" " was created as a keyword.

形 Shape

同じ形の「人」を重ねる

ことで、公平に「共有」「分け合う」ことを表し、ロゴマークのシルエットがメタバースの頭文字「M」に見えるように形をまとめました。小さく掲載した場合でも形がわかりやすく、すっきりした印象になるようにしました。

Overlap the same shape of "people"

By doing so, it expresses “sharing” and “dividing” fairly, and the silhouette of the logo mark was put together so that it looks like the initial letter “M” of the metaverse. Even if it is displayed in a small size, the shape is easy to understand and it gives a clean impression.

色 Color

安心・公平・信頼のイメージのある青

最先端をイメージした鮮やかな配色をベースに作成しました。グラデーションで色をつけることで、様々な価値が混ざり合って、新たなひとつの形を生み出すことを表しています。

Blue with the image of security, fairness, and trust

Created based on a vivid color scheme that imaged the cutting edge. By adding color with gradation, it expresses that various values are mixed to create a new shape.

検討経緯 Consideration process 

京都府と一般社団法人CiP協議会（東京都）（外部リンク）を中心に、産学公の関係者で構成する「京都府メタバース検討会」にて検討を重ねてまいりました。

一般社団法人CiP協議会とは、「コンテンツ×デジタル」産業の拠点形成を目的に、通信、放送、IT、コンテンツ、エンタメ、不動産等の関連企業が参画し、設立。本協議会の中村伊知哉氏は、内閣府知的財産戦略本部「メタバース上のコンテンツ等をめぐる新たな法的課題への対応に関する官民連携会議（外部リンク）」の座長を務める。

The "Kyoto Prefecture Metaverse Study Group", which consists of industry, academia and public officials, has been conducting repeated studies, centering on Kyoto Prefecture and the CiP Association.
